Tracy: Recharging for the Afternoon

"I use the gym three days a week, when I’m in the office," saidTracy. "It provides a great boost to my afternoon energy levels and helps me avoid the usual post-lunch slump. It’s a break from work-related stresses, and I always feel happy after the gym. Plus, it's great that I can go during lunchtime, so it means it doesn't cut into the rest of my day."

Dan, another gym regular, uses the onsite facility once or twice a week, typically during his lunch break. "For me, the main benefit is the mental clarity I gain after a workout. I come back to work with a refreshed mindset, which helps me be stay focused and productive for the rest of the day. The convenience of having the gym onsite means I don’t have to worry about squeezing in a workout after work, which makes it easier to stay committed to my fitness routine. "I use the gym three to four days a week after work," said Paul. "One of the main benefits for me is the convenience – having the gym onsite allows me to finish work and be in the gym in minutes. If I had to travel to a public gym after work, it would be easy to skip, but with the onsite gym, it encourages me to go regularly."
