Natalie Jorgensen is a Senior Genetic Technologist at the
North West Genomic Laboratory Hub, Manchester site. She has led several
technical teams within the department delivering clinical testing via Next
Generation Sequencing, Microarray and many other molecular and cytogenetic
techniques.
In this video Natalie talks at the recent ACGS Conference in Birmingham on how she developed and introduced MLH1 hypermethylation and MSI
assays to the laboratory during research into an effective pre-screen for Lynch
syndrome. Whilst leading Fragment analysis testing she recently verified the
new Promega OncoMate™ MSI assay for clinical testing.
