Lumie's Summer of Football 2026 | Terms and Conditions

By participating in the 'Lumie’s Summer of Football Giveaway' and the related promotions, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions.

2.           No purchase is necessary for the promotion running from Monday, 8 June 2026 until Sunday, 19 July 2026 (inclusive), unless delayed owing to unforeseen circumstances outside of Promega UK’s control, such as the major global football tournament overrunning or being cancelled. Promega UK reserves the right to extend or curtail the promotional period in such circumstances.

3.           The ‘Lumie’s Summer of Football Giveaway’ is open to all individuals aged 18 or over who are based in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland) or the Republic of Ireland.

4.           To enter the ‘Lumie’s Summer of Football Giveaway’, participants must complete and submit the entry form, available on the Promega UK website, using a valid business or organisation email address during the promotional period. One entry per person per day is permitted.

5.           There is a maximum of one prize per entrant per day.

6.           Employees of Promega UK, as well as members of their families, are excluded from entering.

7.           Promega UK reserves the right to exclude persons or organisations from participating in the ‘Lumie’s Summer of Football Giveaway’.

8.           Prizes will be delivered to an address in the United Kingdom or Ireland agreed with the winner and Promega UK Limited. It is the participant’s responsibility to provide the correct address.

9.           Winners will be notified by email and it is the participant’s responsibility to enter using a valid business or organisation email address.

10.        Up to eight (8) prizes will be awarded during the promotional period, each consisting of a Lumie and associated items. The number of prizes awarded and the timing of prize draws is at the discretion of Promega UK and will be determined in accordance with the progression of the tournament.

11.        Payment of the prize value in cash, exchange or transfer of rights to the prize to third parties is excluded. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

12.        Promega UK does not guarantee the correctness of the published names of the winners.

13.        Every effort will be taken to deliver the prizes as shown however, Promega UK reserves the right to substitute with items of equivalent value and quality should the original prize become unavailable.

14.        Winners will need to claim their prize within 7 days of being notified by Promega UK or their Key Account Manager that they have won a prize. If the prize winner fails to do so, they forfeit their right to the prize and Promega UK reserves the right to pick another winner at random from the remaining correct entries.

15.        Winning goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, unless other information is provided. Promega UK cannot be held responsible for any defect in any prize.

16.        Should any prize items contain allergens or materials that may cause a reaction, it is the recipient’s responsibility to manage these accordingly.

17.        The Lumie included in the prize is not a toy and is intended for adult use only. It should be kept out of reach of children.

18.        By taking part in this promotion, the participant agrees that Promega UK will save the necessary data for this purpose for the duration of the competition and beyond. Participants have the right to revoke their consent at any time (preferences for data retention can be updated in the UK Preference Centre), thus cancelling their participation. Promega UK Limited will not disclose any personal data of the participant to third parties, other than that which is necessary, such as for the delivery of prizes.

19.        Promega UK reserves the right to disqualify any participant reasonably believed to have breached, undermined or subverted in any way the legitimate operation of this promotion, whether by deceptive or wilful activity or otherwise.

20.        It is the responsibility of the person entering the competition to ensure that entering this promotion does not conflict with internal rules and regulations within their organisation. In particular, and without limiting the foregoing, the entrant warrants that their employers have full knowledge of their actions and have consented thereto. Promega UK cannot be held responsible for any dispute within an organisation with regards to which individual should be allocated the prize, nor can Promega UK be held responsible for any defect in any reward.

21.        By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to waive all rights to claim against Promega UK and its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents in respect of any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion (including but not limited to the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize or any component thereof but excluding any death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Promega UK).

22.        Promega UK’s decisions regarding the promotion and allocation of prizes are considered final. If the item(s) are returned as undeliverable, the prizes are forfeited. Promega UK will not replace any lost or stolen item(s) and they shall be accepted on an ‘as is’ basis and for which Promega UK makes no warranties or representations nor accepts any responsibilities.

23.        If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the control of Promega UK which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Promega UK reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

24.        Promega UK reserves the right to change the rules of the promotion, conditions of participation and prize draws at any time and without giving reasons.

25.        The laws of England and Wales will apply to this promotion and the relevant courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the promotion.

26.        The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
