Christmas Hamper Promotion | Terms and Conditions 2025

Place an order for £1500 (1800 euro) or more to qualify for a Chilworth Hamper or choose a £100 donation to Dementia UK, registered charity in England and Wales (1039404) and Scotland (SC 047429). 

Place an order for £5000 (6000 euro) or more to qualify for a Winchester Hamper or choose a £250 donation to Dementia UK, registered charity in England and Wales (1039404) and Scotland (SC 047429). 

To be eligible for any of the items above, the purchaser must place an order with Promega UK Ltd (referred to as Promega UK from this point onwards and for delivery within the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland for either £1500 (1800 euro) or more, or £5000 (6000 euro) or more, in a single transaction between Monday, 17 November and Friday, 5 December 2025 (inclusive). Each qualifying order must be a single transaction, exclusive of delivery and VAT, at the purchaser’s current price agreed/quoted with Promega UK, which may not be Promega UK’s current list price. 

To claim a hamper: 

The end user of the order must have a verified online account with Promega UK. If they do not already have one, they must create and verify an account at Promega.com using their professional business email address before the hamper can be dispatched. 

The end user of the order must submit the ‘Hamper Claim Form’ stating they have made a qualifying order and have a verified account at Promega.com. When submitting this form, the end user must ensure the email they use matches their verified account email.

The Chilworth and Winchester Hampers will be provided by Virgin Wines and will be delivered directly from Virgin Wines, once Promega has received the ‘Hamper Claim Form’ from the end user, and verified that the end user has placed a qualifying order and has a verified Promega account. 

Promega UK reserves the right to substitute with item(s) of equivalent value should the original item(s) become unavailable.

This promotion is open to purchasers of Promega UK products delivered in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland only.

Hampers will be delivered to the ‘ship to address’ on the Purchase Order only. Hampers will not be delivered to an alternative or personal address.

There is a maximum of one hamper or charity donation per purchase order and per person. 

There is no cash alternative.

This promotion excludes standing orders and all orders placed prior to 17 November 2025 or after 5 December 2025, regardless of when delivered.

All hampers must be claimed by the end of the promotion and be able to be received by 12 December 2025. Hampers will not be sent after this date. 

Promega UK reserves the right to disqualify any purchaser reasonably believed to have breached, undermined or subverted in any way the legitimate operation of this promotion, whether by deceptive or wilful activity or otherwise.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that entering this promotion does not conflict with their organisation’s internal rules or regulations. Promega UK cannot be held responsible for any dispute within an organisation regarding which individual should receive the item, nor can Promega UK be held responsible for any defect in any item contained in the hamper.

Promega UK’s decisions regarding the promotion and allocating who receives the items are considered final. If the items are returned as undeliverable, they are forfeited. Promega UK will not replace any lost or stolen items and items shall be accepted on an 'as is' basis and for which Promega UK makes no warranties or representations nor accepts any responsibilities.

By participating in this promotion, the purchaser agrees to waive all rights to claim against Promega UK and its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents in respect of any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion (including but not limited to the receipt, use, or misuse of any item or any component thereof but excluding any death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Promega UK).

Should any items of the promotion run by Promega UK contain allergens, it is up to the recipient to take responsibility for them.

If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the control of Promega UK which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Promega UK reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

By taking part in promotions and competitions: the participant agrees that Promega UK will save the necessary data for this purpose for the duration of the competition and beyond. Participants have the right to revoke their consent at any time, (preferences for data retention can be updated in the UK Preference Centre) thus cancelling their participation in the promotion. Promega UK Limited will not disclose any personal data of the participant to third parties, other than that which is necessary such as for delivery of prizes. Promega UK reserves the right to change the rules of the promotion, discount actions, conditions of participation and prize draws at any time and without giving reasons.

The laws of England and Wales will apply to this promotion and the relevant courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the promotion.
