Promega guarantees next day delivery before noon (some geographical restrictions apply).

Shipping
Order by 5.30 and receive your order the next day before noon. Orders received on Friday will be delivered on Monday except for refrigerated orders which will be delivered on the Tuesday.
No deliveries will be made on Public Holidays. Orders received on a Friday before a Public Holiday will be delivered on the first working day.

Recycling
To ensure optimal product performance, it is essential that we use expanded polystyrene containers for shipping.
To eliminate waste and pollution we offer a recycling programme at no cost to you. All boxes have a pre-paid address label that can be used to post the polystyrene boxes back to Promega for recycling.

Viewing Your Account Specific Pricing*
To view your account specific pricing:
- Log in or Register
- If you are registering for the first time please allow 24 hours for us to link your accounts
- Add a product to your cart
- View the contents of your cart and look for the column "Your Price"

How to Order Online

- Proceed to checkout and select or enter your billing and shipping addresses
- Choose and enter your payment method - either by credit card or purchase order
